Louise was so kind and welcoming upon our arrival at the hotel and although our room was not quite ready when we arrived, she made check-in quick and easy and has greeted us warmly every time we see her when passing by the front desk. Her friendly nature and professionalism make her a perfect representative of the Hilton brand. The accessible room we were allocated is perfect for my needs. A shelf or two would have been nice to have but there is more than enough storage space in the room for a short stay. The decor and finishing touches show just how much care has been put into every little detail. The two members of the housekeeping team we crossed paths with were so lovely and could not be more willing to help. The breakfast here is superb and Rafael has been fantastic, providing excellent service in the restaurant with his warm, welcoming and positive attitude even during very busy times. We will definitely be back!
Positives are location, the quality of the food in the restaurant both for an evening meal (I had the set menu) and the breakfast. The room was the perfect size and had a good shower. The thermostat was baffling to operate and difficult to work out how to adjust from cooling to heating. In the end I gave up working it out. Nice touch with the nespresso machine in the room as well. The TV had issues as the guide wouldn’t update so it was a guess what was on each channel. Service in the restaurant in the evening was good, however I ordered a Coke Zero and later realised I was given a normal bottle of Coca Cola after I had poured and drank most of it. The hotel booking was made through Neo as the overnight stay was business related. My company provide a meal allowance and when checking out, there was a request for payment from the reception staff even though the booking had an allowance through a corporate credit card. All that said, a comfortable stay and I would stay again
We found this hotel would be an excellent choice while visiting London, as it was near many major attractions, multiple Underground stations, etc. We spent 5 nights there in January of 2026, and we were very happy with all aspects of our stay. The friendly and efficient staff, the restaurant/bar, a well appointed (king) room, with what seemed to be a brand new bathroom, all spotlessly maintained. The room was unbelievably quiet - no noise from other guests, the heating system, plumbing, etc. All in all, a perfect stay.
Here for a special occasion we really enjoyed it, everything was wonderful from the welcoming with a special thanks to Saveria and Sangam ( they really know how to take care of guests ) to the position, the view from the room ( room was cosy and with a big bathroom) and the breakfast. Sad it was only for one night but if we can we’ll be back. I can say one the best hotels in which we’ve been to. Absolutely amazing.
One night stay at this great hotel. We find the value for money outstanding compared to other hotels in London we stayed at before. Staff is extremely friendly, rooms are modern and beds cozy. Favorite part was the breakfast which is superb! We will be back.
Brilliant location, extremely close to St Paul's Cathedral. The rooms are a little on the snug side, but contain everything you need. Nice comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities in the room. Bottled water in recyclable glass bottles is a very nice touch. Overall a very nice place to stay.
Small but perfectly formed. We had a wonderful stay for one night at Lost Property. The King Junior Suite was a wonderful room, with a huge bathroom and superbly comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Decor of the hotel is excellent, as are most in the Curio collection. Location is the winner, being a stone throw from St Paul’s and really easy to access. All the members of the team were friendly and helpful and I would 100% stay here again.
I stayed here for two nights last weekend. I can’t praise this place enough. They really looked after my girlfriend and I. I was given “guest of the day” which meant I got free breakfast an upgraded room and a drinks voucher. I have no idea why I got this special treatment but it was a lovely surprise. I’ve worked in the hotel industry for many years, and can tell this is a well run, happy working environment so credit to all the team. Its a cosy, clean hotel a stones throw from st. Paul’s cathedral with easy access to the rest of the city.
